Projects

The Roche Court Educational Trust undertakes a number of projects each year independently or in collaboration with other organisations and partners.

All our projects reinforce our interest in looking, thinking and speaking about art.

“One student, in particular, who has struggled with engaging recently in college was the most engaged with all the sensory activities on offer. A pleasure to see.”

— Daniel Gilbert, Sheiling Ringwood College

‘Listen in at Roche Court’

Our podcast project features 30 minute conversations between contemporary artists exhibiting at Roche Court and students from local state-maintained schools or lifelong learners.

All podcasts are available on all major podcast platforms including Spotify, Apple and Amazon.

Multi-Sensory Art Project

The Multi-Sensory Art Project (MSAP) was a collaboration between The Roche Court Educational Trust and Silverwood School to provide creative, sensory experiences for children with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Sculpture & Dance

The Trust has delivered a number of cross-disciplinary projects in partnership with contemporary dance organisations.

Kaleidoscopic Project

The Trust worked with two local schools, an artist and a film production company to bring more children to Roche Court who otherwise might not have the opportunity to engage with modern and contemporary sculpture.
