Emma Goltz is a director of Hattington Property Management. She is a former management consultant with Bain and Company in San Francisco, and prior to that, she worked in banking in Dublin and London. She holds a BA (mod) in economics and mathematics from Trinity College.

For the past fifteen years, she has been actively involved in a wide range of non-profit organisations in the US, UK and Ireland, with a focus on fundraising and governance. She is currently the Vice-Chairman of INSEAD and Chair of the INSEAD Alumni Fund. She is also a board member of the Irish Museum of Modern Art and the Contemporary Art Society London and a member of the Provost Council at Trinity College Dublin.

She has been a longstanding fundraising volunteer with the March of Dimes, the US non-profit that supports fetal and maternal health and currently Co-Chairs the March of Dimes Innovation Fund for venture philanthropy. She is a past board member of San Francisco Symphony, Sacred Heart Schools Atherton and the SMART program in San Francisco. She is a lifelong collector of art with a particular interesting in contemporary sculpture.
